Seeing as this show went off the air several years ago after only a handful of episodes (which I had a hell of a time finding) I'm going to give every episode a spoiler rating of 1. If you really desperately want to search torrents or beg Matthew Fox fans for copies so you can watch episodes yourself, then refer to the number in parentheses after the 1.
"Pilot" (or: Cop Sees Dead
People)
Former-cop-turned-PI Frank Taylor dies and comes back to life able to
see ghosts. Er...that's about it.
Spoiler rating: 1 (2)

"Grevious
Angels" (Would Make a Good Name for a Rock Band)
...at least until the band members start doing covers of depressing
Linda Ronstadt songs and killing groupies in fits of rage.

"Fidelity"
(or: I Love Pauley Perrette)
Frank fumbles through a case about a possible serial killer and he and
Pauley Perrette make lame attempts at flirting with each other. Also,
Jess has a bad feeling that may or may not be symbolic of the show's
downward spiral..

"Abby" (or: And You Think Your
Family is Cursed)
Once there was a girl
A former love of Marcus
She died. That is all.
Spoiler rating: 1 (3)
"Blind Witness" (or: Yay for
Cliches!)
Frank is struck temporarily blind, beaten and nearly thrown from an
overpass by the ghost of a homeless veteran who really wants to make a
point. And that point is "YOU'RE A MORON, FRANK." Also, Dante plays
babysitter for a while and he and Frank come just short of actually
making out on camera.
Spoiler rating: 1 (4)
"Nocturne" (or: What Do You Mean You
*Think* You Killed Someone?)
Frank is possessed by a ghost and reenacts several scenes from "Secret
Window". Matthew proves that he is a better actor than the writers
give him credit for.
Spoiler rating: 1 (2)

"Three Hour Tour" (or: Like Robinson
Crusoe...)
Frank is taken hostage by a reclusive couple who don't want their
daughter to know they're dead. There's more to it than that, but my
brain sort of short circuited when the father tied Frank to a bed.
Unfortunately, Marcus is not around to take advantage of this.
Spoiler rating: 1 (0)
"Simon Redux" (or: Ho!
Yay! HOYAY!)
Simon possesses Jess' new boyfriend Eddie "Flack" Cahill and generally
spends an hour screwing with Frank's head. Meanwhile, Marcus finally
declares his love for Frank and throws him in a cell for a night to
teach him a lesson. I'm not even slightly kidding.
Spoiler rating: 1 (2)
"Last Call" (or: And You Think Your
Love Life is Dead)
Frank dates a ghost and it's really weird and creepy. There's a
half-hearted attempt to solve her murder, but really? This episode
appears to be all about the pathetic state of Frank's relationships
with women.
Spoiler rating: 1 (2)
[pic 1]
"Seeking Asylum" (or: One Flew Over)
Frank checks himself into a psych hospital to find some woman's fiance
and ends up with a new girlfriend, some third-degree burns and a
better understanding of how Simon is the embodiment of his Id.
Spoiler rating: 1 (4)
"Nexus" (or: Divorce Would
Definitely Have Been Easier)
Frank finally gets that new brain he asked the wizard for and Simon
tries to get him to put a bullet in it. And in what might have been
intended as a completely different episode, Frank tries to stop a
vengeful dead wife from killing her husband's mistress.
